How do I know if I need a custom logo setup?
Your custom logo will be uploaded at the completion of your order.

The font I use is not listed on your site, do I need a custom logo?
If you have your own font you need that would also qualify as a custom logo.

Why is there a charge for setting up my logo?
The reason there is a setup charge is because we pay a digitizer to trace your logo into a stitch pattern that our machines can read.

Will I have to pay the charge again when I order next time?
When we have your file digitized we have it done for caps and shirts at the same time.
The only time you should need to pay for this again would be if there was a significant size change in the embroidery.

How long does Stitchin' Waves hold the file for?
We still have customers on file from when we opened in 1995.

Can I have a copy of the file?
We are subsidizing the digitizing in most cases.  If we pay the digitizer more to make the file than we charged you the difference would need to be paid for.  Let us know if you need this.

What format do you need my logo in?
Formats we can use: JPEG, GIF, BMP, EPS, and there are some others that work as well.

Do I need to fill out all the fields if I am using a custom logo?
If you select custom logo you do not need to fill out the tabs below.
